Amerivet SMS Terms & Conditions (IT Support Communications)

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Amerivet, you agree to the following terms. Amerivet SMS messaging is used primarily to support internal users and business-related communications.

1 Opt-In

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing verbal consent to an Amerivet IT technician during a support interaction and confirming their mobile phone number for text communication. SMS messaging is used only after a user has explicitly requested or agreed to receive text messages related to IT support.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or purchase.

2 Types of Messages

Users who opt in can expect to receive SMS messages related to:

  • IT support and troubleshooting
  • Service desk follow-ups
  • System access or outage notifications
  • Time-sensitive technical support communications

Amerivet does not use this SMS channel for mass marketing messages.

3 Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary and is based solely on the nature of the IT support request. Users may receive messages only as needed to resolve or follow up on a specific support issue.

4 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

5 Help Information

6 Opt-Out

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once opted out, the user will no longer receive SMS messages from Amerivet IT unless they provide new consent.
